Scholarship standards 1
Currently enrolled international students who have received a level 6 TOPIK score
※ Standard for continuing to receive the scholarship: the student took a total of 12 credits or more in the preceding semester and maintained a GPA of 2.4 (on a 4.3 scale) or higher
Scholarship 1
Half tuition waiver
Awarded for a maximum of two semesters if the student fulfills the standard for continuing to receive the scholarship

Incoming foreign nationals and Koreans raised overseas who have completed at least two semesters of Korean language courses offered by the International Education Center of Mirae Campus

Common standard
Incoming and transfer students cannot apply for this scholarship in their first semester.
Receiving benefits from more than one of the Scholarship Based on Entrance Scores for Korean Freshmen, the Scholarship for Freshmen with Excellent Korean Language Ability, the Special Scholarship for Korean Language Education, the Scholarship Based on Entrance Scores for Foreign Nationals, and the Scholarship for Excellent Korean Language Ability is not permitted. Students who would be awarded two or more of the preceding scholarships shall instead receive the greatest single scholarship value.
The students can receive the scholarship only once while attending the university.
Beneficiaries of the Scholarship for Freshmen with Excellent Korean Language Ability can apply for this scholarship if they receive a TOPIK score that is higher than the score which they received when they entered the university through either the International Education Center Korean language program or on the TOPIK test.
The submitted TOPIK grade must be valid and within the expiration date at the time of application.
