2027년 2월 조기졸업 신청 안내

 

1. 조기졸업 자격 요건

    1) 총 6학기 이상을 이수한 자로서 졸업에 필요한 모든 요건을 충족한 자

    2) 계절학기를 포함하여 취득한 모든 교과목의 통산 평량평균이 3.75/4.3 이상인 자

       (단, 인공지능융합대학 첨단융합공학부 학생은 3.3/4.3 이상인 자)

 

2. 조기졸업 제외 대상 (신청 및 승인 불가)

    1) 의학, 치의학, 건축학(5년제) 학생

    2) 편입생

    3) 재학 중 학사경고 기록(1회 이상)이 있는 학생

    4) 휴학생

 

3. 신청 기간: 2026. 9. 14.(월) ~ 9. 18.(금) 17:00까지

 

4. 신청 방법: 학사포탈시스템 로그인 (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) ☞ 학사행정 ☞ 졸업 ☞ 조기졸업 신청

 

5. 신청 취소 기간: 2026. 10. 27.(화) ~ 2027. 1. 5.(화) 17:00까지

    ※ 조기졸업 신청을 취소하고자 하는 학생은 위 취소 기간 내에 학사포탈시스템을 통해 직접 취소 처리를 완료하시기 바랍니다.

 

6. 유의사항

    1) 조기졸업 신청 당시에는 평량평균에 따른 신청 제한이 없으나, 최종 졸업심사 시점에 정규학기 성적과 겨울 계절제 성적을 포함한 통산 평량평균이 조기졸업 자격 기준을 충족해야 최종 조기졸업이 승인됩니다.

    2) 조기졸업 신청자가 조기졸업 심사 결과 합격 판정을 받을 경우, 수료 상태로 남을 수 없으며 졸업 처리됩니다.

    3) 졸업요건을 충족하였으나 조기졸업신청을 취소할 경우, 반드시 다음 정규학기에 1과목 이상 수강하여야 합니다.

    4) 조기졸업 신청자는 졸업학기의 계절학기에 개설되는 사회봉사 등 외부자가 평가자가인 교과목을 수강할 수 없습니다.

    5) 조기졸업 신청 시 1~3전공 이상, 심화전공, 부전공, 융복합전공, 마이크로전공 등 졸업 시 반영하고자 하는 모든 이수 전공 내역을 반드시 확인하여 선택·저장해야 졸업 심사에 정상적으로 반영됩니다.

Notices for February 2027 Early Graduation Application

1. Eligibility Requirements for Early Graduation

    A. Students who have completed at least six regular semesters and have fulfilled all requirements for graduation.

    B. Students whose cumulative grade point average (GPA) is 3.75/4.3 or higher, including grades earned during summer/winter sessions.

        (However, students in the School of Integrated Technology, College of Computing, must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.3 or higher.)

 

2. Students Ineligible for Early Graduation (Application and Approval Not Permitted)

    A. Students in Medicine, Dentistry, or Architecture (5-year program)

    B. Transfer students

    C. Students who have received one or more academic warnings during their enrollment

    D. Students currently on a leave of absence

 

3. Application Period

    September 14 (Mon.) – September 18 (Fri.), 2026, by 5:00 PM

 

4. How to Apply

    Log in to the Academic Portal (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)

      ☞ Academic Administration ☞ Graduation ☞ Early Graduation Application

 

5. Application Cancellation Period

    October 27 (Tue.), 2026 – January 5 (Tue.), 2027, by 5:00 PM

    ※ Students who wish to cancel their early graduation application must complete the cancellation process directly through the Academic Portal within the above period.

 

6. Important Notes

    A. There is no GPA-based restriction at the time of application. However, at the final graduation review, students must meet the early graduation GPA requirement based on their cumulative GPA, including grades earned during the regular semester and the winter session in order to be approved for early graduation.

    B. Students who receive approval for early graduation following the final review cannot remain in a completion (수료) status and will be processed as graduates.

    C. Students who have fulfilled all graduation requirements but cancel their early graduation application must enroll in at least one course during the following regular semester.

    D. Students applying for early graduation may not take courses such as Social Service, which are offered during the session immediately preceding graduation and are assessed by external evaluators.

    E. When applying for early graduation, students must carefully review and select/save all majors and other academic programs they wish to have reflected upon graduation, including one to three or more majors, an advanced major, minor, interdisciplinary/convergence major, micro-major, etc. Failure to select and save the relevant programs may result in them not being properly reflected in the final graduation review.
