2026년 겨울 계절제수업 수강 희망 교과목 수요조사 실시 안내

 

2026년 겨울 계절제 수업의 수강희망 교과목 수요조사를 다음과 같이 실시합니다.

수요조사는 수강할 학생들이 선호하는 교과목의 수요를 파악한 후, 그 결과를 강의 개설에 반영하기 위해서 매 학기 실시하고 있습니다.

조사 결과는 개설과목 결정, 분반의 수, 강의실 규모 등 계절제 수업 교과목 개설을 위한 기초 자료로 활용됩니다.

따라서 금번 겨울 계절제 수업 수강을 희망하는 모든 학생이 교과목 수요조사에 적극 참여하여 수요 예측이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

경우에 따라 수요조사 결과는 과목의 특성 등 학과의 사정에 의해 반영되지 못하는 경우가 발생할 수 있으므로 이 점 미리 양해 바랍니다.

 

가. 수강 희망 교과목 수요조사 기간: 2026. 9. 16.(수) 09:00 ~ 9. 18.(금) 23:59

 

나. 수요조사 방법

1) https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr → 학사정보시스템 접속 → 학사행정 → 수업 → 학생 → 계절학기 수요조사

2) 계절제 수강 희망과목 신청(계절제 수강 최대 학점 7학점 한도 내에서만 선택 가능)

3) 교과목명으로 검색이 안 될 경우에는 학정번호로 검색해주시기 바랍니다.

 

다. 수요조사 참여 대상: 신촌/국제캠퍼스 재학생 및 휴학생

 

라. 참고사항

1) 정규 1, 2학기 개설과목과 여름, 겨울 계절제 수업 개설과목이 제시됩니다(별도의 수강편람은 제공되지 않습니다).

2) 계절제 수강 최대 학점 한도 내에서만 선택 가능하며, 동일한 과목을 두 번 신청할 수 없습니다.

3) 2026년 겨울 계절제 수업은 2026. 12. 28.(월)부터 2027. 1. 19.(화)까지 총 16일 실시할 예정입니다.

4) 2026년 겨울 계절제 수업은 신촌캠퍼스 및 국제캠퍼스에서 실시할 예정입니다. 국제캠퍼스에는 다분반으로 개설되는 교양과목 일부와 담당 교수가 지정하는 과목(전공, 교양)만 개설될 예정입니다.

5) 본교생 문의: 교무처 학사지원팀(02-2123-2090)

6) 해외대학 재학생을 위한 국제동계대학 교과목은 국제처에서 운영하며, 본 수요조사 대상이 아니오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다(02-2123-3535).

마. 자주 묻는 질문

1) 교과목명으로 검색했는데 수강을 희망하는 과목이 조회되지 않습니다.

  - 해당 교과목의 학정번호를 확인한 후, 학정번호로 검색해 주시기 바랍니다.

2) 대학교양에 해당한다고 생각했던 교과목을 검색해보니, 개설학과란에 특정 전공명이 기재되어 있습니다. 이 과목은 대학교양으로 인정받을 수 있나요?

  - 학정번호를 기준으로 해당 교과목이 이전 정규학기에 대학교양으로 개설된 이력이 있는지 확인하시기 바랍니다. 학정번호가 동일한 경우 동일 교과목으로 간주되므로, 정규학기 이수 시와 동일한 내용으로 인정받을 수 있습니다.

3) 수요조사에서 20명 이상 신청하면 이번 계절제에 개설되나요?

  - 수요조사 결과는 개설 교과목 선정, 분반 수 결정, 강의실 규모 검토 등 계절제 수업 개설을 위한 기초자료로 활용됩니다.

  - 다만 학과 사정 등에 따라 조사 결과가 실제 교과목 개설에 반영되지 않을 수 있는 점 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

4) 특정 교과목이 실제로 이번 겨울 계절제에 개설될 예정인지 확인하고 싶습니다.

  - 해당 교과목의 개설 학과 사무실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

Notice on the Course Demand Survey for the 2026 Winter Session

 

The demand survey for courses students wish to take during the 2026 Winter Session will be conducted as follows.

This Survey is conducted every semester to identify students’ preferred courses and to reflect the results in course offerings.

The survey results will be used as basic reference data for opening winter session courses, including determining which courses to offer, the number of sections, and classroom size.

Therefore, all students who plan to take winter session courses are encouraged to actively participate in the survey so that course demand can be accurately assessed.

Please note that, depending on the department’s circumstances or the nature of certain courses, the survey results may not always be reflected in the course offerings.

 

A. Survey Period:  September 16, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 – September 18, 2026 (Fri) 23:59

 

B. How to Participate

  1) Access the Academic Information System via:

Yonsei Portal System(https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)→ Academic Information System → Course → Student → Demand Survey for Seasonal Semester

  2) Apply for courses you wish to take during the session

(Selection is limited to the maximum of 7 credits, which is the maximum number of credits allowed for seasonal semester)

  3) If a course cannot be found by course title, please search using the course code.

 

C. Eligible Participants: Undergraduate students currently enrolled or on leave of absence at the Sinchon Campus & International Campus (Songdo)

 

D. Notes

  1) Courses offered during the regular spring and fall semesters as well as courses previously offered in seasonal semesters will be displayed.

(No separate course catalog will be provided)

  2) Course selection is limited to the maximum credit limit for the seasonal semeseter, and the same course cannot be selected more than once.

  3) The 2026 Winter Session is scheduled to run for 16 days, from December 28, 2026(Mon) to January 19, 2027(Tue).

  4) The 2026 Winter Session will be held at both the Sinchon Campus and the International Campus. Only a limited number of general education and major courses will be offered at the International Campus.

  5) Inquiries (Yonsei students): Office of Academic Affairs, Academic Support Team (02-2123-2090)

  6) WAY(Winter Abroad at Yonsei), which offers courses for students from overseas universities, is administered by the Office of International Affairs(02-2123-3535) and is not part of this survey.

 

E. FAQ

  1) I searched by course title, but the course I want does not appear.

  - Please check the course code of the course and search using the course code.

  2) I searched for a course that I thought was a general education course, but the department field shows a specific major. Can it still be recognized as a general education course?

  - Please check whether the course was previously offered as a general education course in a regular semester, based on the course code.

  - If the course code is the same, it is considered the same course and will be recognized in the same manner as when taken during a regular semester.

  3) If more than 20 students request a course in the survey, will it be offered in the winter session?

  - The survey results are used as reference data for determining course offerings, the number of sections, and classroom size.

  - However, depending on departmental circumstances, the survey results may not necessarily be reflected in the final course offerings.

  4) I would like to confirm whether a specific course will actually be offered in this winter session.

  - Please contact the administrative office of the department offering the course.
