Eligibility & Group Size
- Groups must consist of at least 1 and no more than 100 people.
- Sinchon Campus: Tours operate Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM
(excluding periods when campus tours are not available) - International Campus: Tours operate on Friday at 2:00 PM (excluding periods when campus tours are not available).
Tour Details
- The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes and is conducted outdoors, covering key campus buildings.
- Groups exceeding 100 participants must split into smaller groups and apply for separate time slots.
How to Apply
- If the selected tour date is later designated as a public holiday (e.g., election day, substitute holiday) or if a school event (e.g., an entrance exam) arises, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Applications can only be submitted online and must be completed at least 14 days before the tour date. No official documents are required.
- Applicants can modify or delete their submitted information on the website’s “Check Application for a Campus Tour” page up to two weeks before the scheduled tour date.
- For last-minute changes or cancellations closer to the tour date, please contact the Student Ambassador at 02-2123-2070 or email your request to the Public Relations Team representative at ysmedia@yonsei.ac.kr.
Large Bus Access
- Groups arriving by bus should enter through the South Gate of Sinchon Campus or the Main Gate of the International Campus and follow the guidance of parking staff.
Accessibility Services
- If you require accessibility assistance, such as wheelchair access information or other accommodations, please contact Student Ambassador’s personal email at least a day before your visit.
Transportation & Parking
- Public transportation is strongly recommended. Parking fees apply for private vehicles and group buses.

- Please arrive on time. If you anticipate a delay, notify us in advance.
- Tour schedules may be subject to change or cancellation based on university events.
- The tour does not include visits to specific departments or attendance at lectures.
- The university is an academic environment where classes and research take place. To avoid disruption, students should not enter restricted areas or create excessive noise. Teachers or group leaders must ensure that participants adhere to these guidelines.
- Unauthorized group visits and self-guided tours are not permitted to maintain a proper academic atmosphere on campus.
